Description
1. Messias António Bumba is an Angolan professor and scientist with a PhD, specialized in Aeronautical Engineering. He is currently the Vice-President of the Scientific Council of the University of Luanda in Angola, with extensive experience in the transport and logistics sector, especially in civil aviation.
2. He served as a consultant to the Secretary of State for Civil Aviation, Maritime, and Airport Affairs.
3. Former Head of the Department of Aeronautical Sciences at UNILUANDA.
4. I worked as a Trainee Inspector at the National Civil Aviation Authority.
5. He is the first young Angolan scientist to win the 1st National Science Prize (2024), in the science category, awarded by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation of Angola. He is a member of the Portuguese Materials Society of the University of Beira Interior (since 2016), a member of the Madrid Institute of Transport and Logistics (since 2017), a member of AEAC (since 2023), and a member of the Aeroclube of Angola (since 2024). He teaches at undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels.
